A client recently asked me what I thought was the most important element to ensure a successful kitchen remodel.  My response was “Whatever YOU say it is.”  In essence, that’s the GoCo method.  Defining exactly what you want, and then making it happen.  This is not a revolutionary way of doing business.  Rather, it’s a simplified approach to achieve a very specific end result.

It all starts with Your Initial Consultation:

At this stage we want to learn as much as we can about the scope of your project and your design ideas.  If you’re not sure what you want to accomplish, that’s ok.  Our remodeling experts can help guide you with inspiration and ideas.  This initial consultation is your first step toward ensuring success with your upcoming Indiana remodeling project.  Call us today at 219-926-2488 to schedule your initial consultation.

If your project appears to be a good fit for GoCo after we talk, we’ll schedule the next step, Your Site Assessment.

Your Site Assessment

Your consultant or designer will meet in your home to discuss the details of your project.  At this meeting, we want to learn about your material preferences, your likes and dislikes, and your investment range.  We’ll also take some detailed measurements, inspect the current site conditions and answer any questions you may have.

Our primary goal during this meeting is to come away with a complete understanding of your needs and expectations.  After the consultation is complete, we’ll start working on your proposal or design.

Your Proposal

When your proposal is complete, we’ll contact you to review the details.  If the project is a design project, we’ll schedule a time to review the drawings and suggested product selections with you in person. 

At this stage, we encourage you to compare our proposal with other licensed contractors.  Please take some time to investigate your options, check our references, and make sure you feel confident before choosing GoCo as your remodeling contractor.

When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll order the materials, arrange for delivery and schedule your installation.

Your Installation

A dedicated Project Manager and installation team will be assigned to complete your project.

Our President, Rex Gotcher also makes it a point to frequently visit your home throughout the process.

Once we begin your project, your installation team is dedicated to finishing with as little intrusion on your household as possible.
