The GoCo $4999.00 Affordable Bath Remodel is a fixed price bath remodel package that includes ALL MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION. The following products are included:
- National Brand Vanity – Choose from 2 sizes and finishes
- Coordinating Vanity Top, Sink and Mirror
- National Brand Faucet – Brushed Nickel, or chrome finish
- National Brand Toilet – White
- National Brand Tub – White
- National Brand Bath Hardware – Brushed Nickel or Chrome Finish
- National Brand Bath Accessories – Brushed Nickel, or Chrome Finish
- Up to 60 sq ft. of premium 12X12 ceramic floor tile
- Up to 60 sq. ft. of premium 12X12 or 4X4 ceramic wall tile
- National brand vanity lighting – Brushed Nickel, or Chrome Finish
- 2 finish coats of paint
- Demolition of existing bathroom and debris removal
- Product Delivery
Additional products and services can be added to the Affordable Bath Package on a line item basis: Pricing for these services can be provided upon completion of an in-home site assessment.
Additional services include, whirlpool tubs, custom shower systems, steam showers, framing/drywall, specialty tile products and installation, custom fabricated vanity tops, custom shower doors, radiant heat flooring, heat lamps, bath fans, custom plumbing and electrical work.
*The Affordable Bath Remodel DOES NOT include permit fees, moving of electrical outlets or switches, moving water supply or drain lines, replacing water shut off valves, or any changes in labor scope resulting in previously hidden, undisclosed/unidentified building code/zoning violations, or physical or environmental hazards on your premises.
*Down payment must be received and contract must be signed by October 31st, 2009. Installation must begin within 21 days of contract execution.
